Overview
T4GM is an event and training brand dedicated to fostering the personal and spiritual growth of men who love men through the transformative practice of Tantra. As a CRM Executive, my role revolves around collaborating closely with event moderators and content creators to create an unforgettable experience for the brand’s audience. I oversee the design and distribution of alluring emails for specific festivals and residential events, utilizing platforms like Bitrix 24, Beepro, Mailchimp, Meetup, and the brand’s Website application.
Project Objective
Working under the supervision of the Business Director and Marketing Manager, I embarked on a journey to achieve the following objectives:
- Audience Database Management: Analyzing participants' interactions with the brand’s website content, social media posts, website application engagements, and workshop attendees, and managing the audience database with precision, delivering personalized experiences.
- Sensual Email Campaigns: crafting graphically appealing and sensual email campaigns, promoting events, festivals, and workshops, enticing the brand’s audience, and fostering excitement.
- Website Application Engagement: posting engaging content on the T4GM website application weekly, captivating users and enhancing their experience on the platform.
- High-Performing Workflows: welcoming and nurturing new leads, by developing high-performing workflows, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process that resonates with the audience.
- Monthly CRM Audit Report: Providing a comprehensive CRM audit report monthly, analyzing campaign and workflow performances, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration for Success: Consistent collaboration with the marketing and content creation teams and ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach across all touchpoints.

- Weekly Event Newsletters: I delivered captivating and informative event promotional newsletters every week, keeping the T4GM audience engaged and informed about upcoming experiences.
- Efficient Lead Management: I expertly extract and import leads into Bitrix CRM, ensuring a well-organized and responsive lead management system.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Developed effective customer retention strategies, and nurtured lasting relationships with the brand’s audience, fostering loyalty and repeat participation.
