Project Overview
Project Objectives
To unlock the true potential of Abingdon Luxury’s email and SMS marketing efforts, the project aimed to achieve the following objectives:
- Email Marketing Audit: A comprehensive audit of all existing email & SMS marketing activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Lead Generation Revamp: A revamp of Abingdon Luxury’s lead generation sources to ensure a continuous influx of high-quality leads, primed for conversion.
- Tailored Strategies: Development of profitable email & SMS marketing strategies, meticulously built around Abingdon Luxury’s exceptional products, and loyalty program, and tailored to their target audience’s preferences and behaviors.
- Advanced Klaviyo Flows: Restructuring all existing flows and setting up advanced e-commerce flows by harnessing Klaviyo’s advanced capabilities to craft dynamic email flows that engage customers at every stage of their journey, nurturing relationships and driving conversions.
- Optimized Email Campaign Templates: The design of new and optimized email campaign templates, carefully crafted for sales, product launches, and regular newsletters, ensuring each communication resonated with the audience.

Service Delivery
Data-Driven Insights Report:
-I provided a comprehensive ten-page report to the CMO after auditing their Shopify and Klaviyo accounts, utilizing Klaviyo-shopify e-commerce metrics, conversion metrics, business KPIs, and sign-up form performances to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations.

Enhanced Sign-up Forms:
-I created new and captivating sign-up and pop-up form designs, coupled with compelling offer propositions, to encourage increased customer engagement and subscription rates.

Klaviyo Flow Revamp and Expansion:
-I revamped four basic Klaviyo flows, transforming them into powerful conversion tools, while developing three new advanced flows to address specific customer touchpoints and boost engagement.

Engaging Email Campaign Templates:
-Eight new email campaign templates were custom-designed, ensuring the brand’s unique value proposition shone through in each interaction, ultimately leading to increased sales and brand affinity.



Retention-Focused Strategies:
-Utilizing customer behavior and segmentation data, I implemented targeted retention strategies that fostered long-term loyalty and ensured customers remained delighted with the brand.
