Project Overview​

The project involves creating briefs and designing email campaigns to promote new products, upsell existing customers, improve customer engagement, and effectively convert leads. This project includes developing and implementing various email flows, optimizing performance through split testing, and maintaining regular email campaigns.

Project Objectives

Complete Email Redesign and Account Restructuring:

  • Redesign all company emails with premium branding and high-quality imagery.
  • Rewrite email copy to be conversion-focused while emphasizing the brand’s luxurious appeal.

Flow Structuring and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement email flows in Klaviyo with appropriate triggers and time delays.
  • Ensure each flow is optimized for engagement and conversions.

Pop-Up Design:

  • Create a new, attractive pop-up that incentivizes potential customers to sign up.

Optimization and Split Testing:

  • Conduct split testing to optimize subject lines, click-through rates (CTR), and open rates, and reduce bounce rates.

Regular Email Campaign Maintenance:

  • Maintain regular email campaigns with 3-4 emails per week, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand messaging.

Performance Reporting and Improvement:

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
