I’m a sucker for detail and simplicity and as a dynamic individual, I relish the art of forging genuine, compelling connections that not only lead to sales but also leave an indelible impression on others. 

I enjoy managing and optimizing CRM and ESP systems to ensure efficient tracking of customer interactions and sales activities, overseeing advanced customer segmentation, email, and SMS campaign designs, structuring simple and complex marketing automation, push notifications, conducting AB Split tests, setting up and integrating ESP, SMS, and CRM accounts, and performing customer data entry, modeling, migration, visualization, and manipulation to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information. 

My versatility has exposed me to using critical business tools and software peculiar to B2B, B2C, Tech Start-ups, and DTC organizations which includes Braze CRM, Hubspot CRM, Salesforce Hub, Klaviyo, Attentive, Zapier API, Activecampaign, Mailchimp, Customer.io, Visio, Miro, Slack, Clickup, Asana, Trello and Userpilot.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated closely with brand owners and CEOs of tech start-ups, marketing agencies, e-commerce businesses, realtors, and financial firms.
Together, we expanded their Email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM, and empowered personalized customer engagement through 1-1 messaging capabilities.

Executive Assistant and CRM Business Analyst (Full Time)

As an Executive assistant and CRM Business analyst, I Supported the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns across Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, WooCommerce, Miro, Photoshop, and Salesforce, designed to measurably achieve retention, upsell, and cross-sell goals. I initiated and drove detailed tactical execution and project management for the brand’s marketing campaigns, worked closely with the agency’s Director of Marketing to manage and act as the key point person for customer data- pulling targeted lists for campaigns, scrubbing and populating data to ensure maximum impact and reach, while monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, database growth, and lifetime value.

Hubspot CRM Manager (Consultancy)

A highly collaborative role in which I executed thoughtful AB testing and other experiments to gain insight into high-impact campaigns to maximize engagement and improve customer lifecycle. I designed and configured email automation and workflows, using Mailchimp email service to sync with Webflow and Hubspot. Throughout the project lifecycle, I analyzed campaign results, submitted recommendations, implemented changes based on key findings, and maintained lead synchronization and management by integrating Webflow and Hubspot through Zapier API integration.

Domidoc Inc (NVO 2020- AUG 2021)

CRM Manager (Full Time)

Working with Domidoc provided me with the opportunity to unify the organization’s customer retention strategy across existing methods as well as identifying and implementing new channels to enhance customer loyalty. This experience involved owning the brand’s marketing strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and customer journey automation.

I designed optimized and highly converting lead magnet forms and integrated the firm’s website to develop a standard client database, designed and configured email automation and workflows, using Hubspot to synch with Shopify

Part of a rockstar marketing and sales team saddled with the tasks of refining the client identities and establishing scalable design processes for the build of email campaigns and workflows. I constantly analyzed sales performances and translated numbers into concrete insights that influenced planning and marketing objectives, performed email account audit reports and migration of the brand’s Klaviyo database to Hubspot, and worked closely with a cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, and customer service to plan and implement targeted, automated and personalized automated marketing campaigns.
